What is Therefore™?
An information management system for documents and processes from Therefore Corporation, a Canon Group company. It combines capture, archiving, records management, eForms and workflows in one solution.
Is Therefore™ also available in the cloud?
Yes. Therefore™ can run in your own data centre or be used as the cloud solution Therefore™ Online.
Can we migrate existing documents?
Yes. Existing filing systems and archives can be migrated. Together we decide beforehand which structures and metadata move across.
How do documents automatically reach the right place?
Through workflows. An incoming invoice, for example, is captured, read and presented to the responsible people for checking and approval. With Frends the data then flows into the ERP.
Can documents also be signed digitally?
Yes. Therefore™ supports e-signatures. For qualified, legally binding signatures we connect sproof sign if required.
