What is SmartSuite?
A no-code platform for work and project management. Tasks, projects, assets or deadlines are managed in flexible tables and shown as a grid, kanban board, timeline, calendar or chart – adapted to your processes rather than the other way round.
What is SmartSuite particularly suited for?
Wherever business teams need structured processes without commissioning custom software – for example project and portfolio management, asset management, inspection deadlines, safety management or customer projects.
SmartSuite or Jira – which suits us better?
Jira and Jira Service Management are strong in software development and IT service management. SmartSuite plays to its strengths when business teams want to map their own processes flexibly. We know both platforms from projects and recommend what fits your requirements.
What does § 82b GewO have to do with it?
Under § 82b of the Austrian Trade Regulation Act (GewO), approved business facilities have to be inspected at regular intervals. In SmartSuite you keep deadlines, responsibilities, inspection reports and actions in one place, and reminders go out automatically.
Can SmartSuite be connected to other systems?
Yes. SmartSuite offers automations and APIs. With the Frends integration platform we also connect it to ERP, CRM or your service management.
