AI potential analysis: The AMBERTECH Pre-AI Assessment

Trust in every byte: your structured introduction to the world of AI

The successful use of artificial intelligence does not begin with technology, but with the right strategy.

Together with digital her from Alphazone, our experts in digital strategy and transformation support, we offer you the Pre-AI Assessment.

While AmberTech Solutions provides the sound assessment methodology to objectively measure the potential of a process, digital her by Alphazone specialises in putting the identified potential into practice. They ensure that your entry into the world of AI is easy and low-risk. This includes developing a detailed business case, supporting the necessary organisational change (change management) and ensuring formal risk acceptance, especially for processes with medium potential that initially require ‘homework’. Their focus is on the strategic implementation and successful anchoring of the AI solution in the company.

We evaluate your business process based on 30 criteria in five key categories that determine whether a process is suitable for artificial intelligence, economical and
manageable in terms of risk:

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Ut elit tellus, luctus nec ullamcorper mattis, pulvinar dapibus leo.

Your AI roadmap: from score to strategy

These processes are ideal for AI, with high data quality, repetitive procedures, significant benefits and manageable risk.

  • Prioritisation: Processes belong at the top of your AI roadmap
  • Action: Create a detailed business case, obtain formal risk acceptance and start a pilot project (PoC).

These processes have potential but have significant weaknesses (e.g. insufficient data, low standardisation or complex implementation).

  • Prioritisation: An immediate start would be risky
  • Action: Perform vulnerability analysis. Lay the groundwork (data quality, process optimisation). Then: Re-evaluate.

The use of AI is currently uneconomical, too risky or requires too much human creativity/intuition.

  • Prioritisation: Sorting out processes for AI in order to concentrate resources on more promising candidates
  • Action: If necessary, consider fundamental optimisation (without AI). Focus on digitalisation to create the data basis for a future reassessment.
